Preparing for the RCGP Simulated Consultation Assessment (SCA) has just become simpler, smarter and far more responsive.. We are excited to announce that our brand new SCA revision platform is now available!

This is a purpose‑built workspace that brings together our upgraded AI Tutor and an unlimited SCA case generator, wrapped in a clean, mobile‑friendly dashboard.

Why build a new platform?

Over the past eighteen months we’ve seen hundreds of GP trainees use SCA Prep to hone their consultation skills. But feedback was clear: put everything in one place, make it lightning‑fast, and keep the focus on authentic UK‑centric guidance. The previous platform built on WordPress had various bugs so thank you to those who stayed with us.

So we rebuilt SCA Prep from the ground up with four guiding principles:

1. One login, all tools – jump between AI Tutor and SCA Cases without juggling tabs.
2. Chat with your guidelines and syllabus – our training and prompting is what makes us better than the competition and a generic AI tool. We have made it so you can essentially chat and go more in-depth into various guidelines and parts of the GP syllabus.
3. Unlimited generation – create as many tailored cases as you need, whenever you need them. No more restrictions.
4. Transparent pricing – one flat monthly fee, no bolt‑ons, cancel any time.

SCA Cases Generator

With our redesigned SCA Cases component you can now generate much better SCA cases from one of the 12 domains tested in the SCA exam. It will generate extremely in depth patient notes, doctor notes and a mark scheme based on the RCGP marking criteria. 

Cases are organised around the 12 RCGP clinical domains, and you can tweak age, complexity and safeguarding cues to mirror your real‑world clinic. Simply add any information you want to be taken into account in the Comments box on the SCA cases page.

You can now also save each case so you can review it later, or share it with friends via copy and paste or downloading a PDF.

Getting started

1. Head to https://app.scaprep.co.uk/.
2. Click Sign Up (or Sign In if you already have an account).
3. Choose the plan
4. Complete the transaction via Stripe
5. Choose AI Tutor or SCA Cases from the menu and start exploring.
